De Danish hails from East Trinidad and regards his earliest musical introduction as spending time, as a mere youngster, at the Exodus panyard in Tunapuna during their practice sessions for Panorama. His years at college in Atlanta further opened his eyes after befriending Keiron (of Voila Productions) and Deso (aka. MADiX, of Vendetta Sound). Currently, Danish is based in the Crescent City and hosts "Bashment Basement" on WTUL New Orleans featuring the latest and greatest in calypso, reggae, dancehall and soca.
